Ticket terms
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms apply when you get a ticket on CoinGeography for an event marked “Tickets on CoinGeography”. They sit alongside our terms of use and privacy policy.
Who you are buying from
The event is organised by the organiser named on the event page. CoinGeography sells tickets on the organiser's behalf as its ticketing partner. The organiser is responsible for the event itself: the venue, programme, speakers, entry rules and safety.
Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Paid tickets are paid in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, a third-party payment processor. You pay any network fees. Your seats are held for 30 minutes while you pay; tickets are issued once the payment is confirmed on-chain. If you send less than the invoice amount, the order is not completed until the balance is paid.
Your tickets
After checkout you get a ticket page with a QR code for each ticket. Anyone with the link can see and use the tickets, so keep it private. Each QR code can be checked in once; a copied ticket will be refused after the first scan.
Entry
The organiser may refuse entry if a ticket was already used, was obtained fraudulently, or if you do not meet the event's entry rules (for example age or ID requirements shown on the event page).
Changes, cancellations and refunds
If the organiser cancels the event, ticket holders are refunded the ticket price. If the event is moved, your ticket stays valid for the new date. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable unless the event page says so. Because crypto prices change, refunds are paid in a stablecoin or the coin you paid with, for the US-dollar ticket price, to an address you give us.
