Organiser terms

These terms apply to organisers who create a ticketed event on CoinGeography. By submitting an event you confirm you organise it or are authorised to sell its tickets.

Review

We review every event before it is published and tickets go on sale. We may ask for changes, decline an event, or remove it later — for example if details are misleading, the event looks unsafe, or it promotes unlicensed financial products or gambling.

Accurate listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of the event page: dates, venue, programme, speakers, ticket types and what each ticket includes. Tell us promptly about any change.

Payments and payouts

Buyers pay CoinGeography through NOWPayments. We pay out ticket revenue to you, less our fee and payment costs, on the schedule and terms we agree with you in writing when your event is approved. Contact our contact page for current fees.

Cancellations

If you cancel the event, ticket holders are refunded as set out in the ticket terms, and refunded amounts are deducted from your payout.

Guest data

You receive the names and emails of your ticket holders to run the event. Use them only for this event and as the law allows; do not add guests to marketing lists without their consent.

Check-in

Use the check-in page in your dashboard to scan tickets. Each ticket can be used once.
