About Note Systems

Note Systems introduces the first fully on-chain structured notes protocol, bringing institutional-grade derivatives to decentralized finance. Built on Robinhood Chain, NOTE powers a permissionless marketplace for autocallable barrier notes on tokenized stocks and ETFs. The protocol eliminates traditional banking intermediaries through algorithmic coupon discovery, autonomous settlement logic, and immutable escrow mechanics. NOTE holders govern protocol parameters, stake for revenue share from trading fees, and access discounted bond offerings. The token implements a treasury-backed floor mechanism where protocol fees autonomously execute Dutch auction buybacks, creating sustainable value accrual. With zero liquidations, Chainlink-verified settlement at official market closes, and ERC-1155 transferable positions, Note Systems democratizes access to structured products previously reserved for high-net-worth clients.
